We assist you in construction operations

This team is organised to be able to handle sales programmes for buildings to be constructed from the preparation of the file (legal structuring of the programme, preliminary contract for the purchase of the land, choice of division authorisations, analysis of the land, programme financing contracts, etc.) to the setting up of the organisation of complex property complexes (choice of the organisation system for the property complex, drafting of volume divisions, etc.) and the signing of the VEFAs (VEFAs).

Thus, the firm has been involved in large-scale operations such as the “VOGUE” programme for BOUYGUES IMMOBILIER in MEUDON (92), “le DOMAINES DES CERISIERS” in ALFORTVILLE (94) for SOGEPROM and COGEDIM, “LE CARRE” and “NEW WAVE” in MONTIGNY LE BRETONNEUX (78) for AKERA and PIERRE ETOILE, “NOUVEL’R ” for SOGEPROM in NICE (06), ” REFLETS ” for EIFFAGE IMMOBILIER in VERSAILLES (78), ” NUANCES ” in CHOISY LE ROI (94) for OGIC or a hotel extension and a new programme in ALPE d’HUEZ (38), the ” HAMEAU DE CLOTAIRE ” for H2 PROMOTION.

In addition, the firm is regularly called upon to participate in audits, acquisitions or disposals of property portfolios located throughout France, mainly comprising complex buildings (volume, shopping centres, logistics warehouses).

Audit procedures on real estate portfolios require the use of multiple skills in the areas of taxation, urban planning law, construction law and technical expertise in particular. During these audits, the Firm participates in multi-professional working groups composed of notaries, lawyers, accountants and technical advisors.

During these audits, the Firm is responsible for either the finalisation of documentation by the vendor in the context of private tenders (preparation of data rooms), or the analysis of the legal situation of the properties by the potential buyers and the detection of any legal problems. In the context of these audits, the Firm is accustomed to forming dedicated teams that join multidisciplinary working groups.
